Kendal’s signature dishes: Whole Roasted “Goats Bridge” Trout, Coriander and Sultana Couscous, Roasted Cumin & Lemon Oil - Char Grilled Irish Organic Spatchcock, Warm Salad of Confit Parmentier Potatoes, Spring Onions and Orange, Pancetta Cream Dressing.
